Please return to or contact your nearest Rieker store* within 14 days to receive a refund or exchange. For any returns after this time, we will offer an exchange only. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be returned by the same method as paid.

All returns must have been bought from a Rieker store, be unworn or unused and be in their original condition and packaging, proof of purchase is required, if you don’t have your receipt, you can supply us with a credit card or bank statement as proof of purchase.

Return faulty goods within 6 months for a full refund or exchange.

Sale items are excluded from our refund policy; however, we will exchange sale products within 28 days* of purchase,
